Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive hands-on healing technique that supports emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual alignment. Whether you’re navigating stress, burnout, hormonal imbalances, chronic illness, or simply seeking deeper connection—this healing space is for you.
These 1.1 sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your body's wisdom, uncover energetic imbalances, and feel lighter, more present, and more whole.
Each session is a sacred space to unwind, receive, and remember the truth of who you are.

Reiki sessions are offered in person but can also be done virtual sessions which allow you to receive deep energetic healing from the comfort of your own space. You'll be invited to lie down, close your eyes, and simply receive.
During our time together:
We'll begin with a gentle check in to explore how you've been feeling - physically, emotionally, and energetically.
I'll guide you through a calming energetic reset using reiki, intention, and intuitive connection.
Afterward, I'll share any insights or messages that may have come through, if the client is open to recieve and we'll close with grounding integration tools to support your healing process.
Session options are available below - 45 minutes, 60 minutes or packages to choose from.
